Second Annual Bake Sale for Separated Migrant Children
Fed Up Movement in conjunction with Advanced Children's Therapy in Lake Worth will host a fundraiser to benefit the children at the Nora Sandigo Children Foundation
By: Fed Up Movement
The proceeds from the bake sale will go towards preventing the separation of migrant families through The Nora Sandigo Children Foundation, 11971 SW 118th Street, Miami. The organization aims to help "immigration orphans" or children whose undocumented parents have been deported from the United States from being adopted and separated from their original families.
Last year the bake sale raised approximately $500 and was donated through #MiamiGiveDay. Please visit the location on Wednesday to purchase baked goods for this wonderful cause or send donations via Cash App. Cash App name: $FedUpMove.
FDUP is an organization dedicated to helping the urban poor reach previously unattainable levels of success through mentorship and civic participation. For more information visit www.fedupmovement.org.
