The LaGrange facility is the second of several New Renality Georgia projects planned in the upcoming months. New Renality LaGrange offers comprehensive self-care options, providing training and support for both home peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis, as well as in-center hemodialysis and education for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease in LaGrange and the surrounding area.
