Kidd Joins Crossman & Company as Director of Client Services

ORLANDO, Fla. - Aug. 6, 2019 - PRLog -- Crossman & Company, one of the Southeast's premier commercial property management, retail leasing, and investment sales firms, continues to strengthen client services by announcing that Michelle Kidd has joined the firm as Director of Client Services.

Kidd was raised in Marietta, Ga. and moved to Orlando, FL. in 1997, were she began her career with the Inland Group of Companies and joined The Shopping Center Group in 2007. At TSCG she rose to a partner, overseeing a team of property managers located in the Southeast. Kidd will work out of the Crossman & Company Orlando office

"My experience is in third party, retail property management, primarily grocery anchored assets. I feel a responsibility to make our team better through hands on training, support and team building. My goal is to build a concierge service to all of our clients as we continue to strengthen the relationships, by identifying their objectives and manage the asset with that objective in mind," Kidd said.

Experienced at managing all aspects of property management for power centers, grocery-anchored shopping destinations, strip centers and free-standing buildings, Kidd will generate and maintain Crossman & Company's strong relationships with landlords and owners.

Kidd is an active member of the Orlando Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and serves on the Legislative Committee. She is currently seeking the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA. Michelle is an active member of
CREW serving on the special events committee.
