The home builder began operations in October 2019 and moved into its newly leased space in October looking to expand.

"Lease negotiation and space turnover was a seamless process with Presidia Group," added Alley. "Our questions and needs were resolved in a timely fashion by the Presidia Group."

The eight-acre site offers direct access to I-40, West Gate City Blvd., and South Holden Road. Near major retail and restaurant brands including hotels, the Asheville Building also offers ample surface parking.

New to the Kendale Shopping Plaza, Stretch A Buck is a discount grocery store designed to help the community by keeping prices anywhere from 40 to 60 percent of retail on name brand products and currently is a 5,000 square foot space with twenty-four parking spaces.
