Ericsson-LG's UK distributor, Pragma,launches a series of guides and whitepapers for comms resellers
The first provides actionable insights and a step by step approach to recruitment
Survey insights highlighted that recruitment, lead generation, product differentiation and utilising digital marketing tools were the most common challenges faced by resellers across the UK.
The first guide, which is currently available for download on Pragma's website, details how resellers can recruit and retain staff in the communications industry.
Speaking about the guide, Jay Ball, Managing Director of Datakom, an award-winning provider of business telephone systems, said: "It's really interesting to see a fresh perspective on a matter that has become a major concern for businesses in the communications industry.
