Inaugural Inclusive Africa Conference To Address Digital-Accessibility
Global technology leaders Google, Facebook and Uber have already signed as sponsors and partners include G3ict and Access Israel.
"inABLE took the lead to host this conference because it is high time to bring the digital-accessibility conversation to Africa", explains Irene Mbari-Kirika, Executive Director, inABLE. "According to the World Health Organization there are 80 million people with disabilities live in Africa, yet most digital accessibility discussions are taking place in the western world."

At the Inclusive Africa Conference, government representatives, assistive-technology experts and professionals working to advance computer technology, accessibility and inclusion will share knowledge, network, and participate in a conference hackathon event on March 29.
