ASTPP Launched Multilingual Add-ons for ASTPP Users

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - July 25, 2019 - PRLog -- ASTPP BillingASTPP is a leading open source VoIP solution. It is also a smart telephony platform that can be used by any wholesale, retail, DID, calling card and relevant service providers. This open source VoIP software caters to more than 10,000 businesses in different countries. Recently, the ASTPP community leaders have announced the launch of multilingual add-ons.

"This open source smart telephony platform is used in 95 different countries. The ASTPP 4.0 was released only in the English language, but we never forgot the fact that it is also getting used in non English speaking countries. Also, some ASTPP users cater to customers with their services in multiple countries. Thus, the first focus of our team was definitely releasing the multilingual version of ASTPP. We developed four add-ons for four majorly used languages for ASTPP users and we released it with the launch of ASTPP 4.0.1", shared spokesperson of ASTPP development team lead.

As per the shared details, ASTPP 4.0 has introduced an add-on concept. This concept was introduced to support customization made by the users of ASTPP. Earlier whenever ASTPP users develop some additional functionality and if a new version of ASTPP gets released, it may affect the custom development made by the users of ASTPP. This often results in redevelopment and reengineering to match the new changes in the core ASTPP. The ASTPP 4.0 introduced add-ons so the ASTPP users can develop standalone custom functional modules.

The official community of ASTPP has released many community and enterprise add-ons. The multilingual add-ons are recently launched and they are announced as community add-ons. It means these add-ons will be available to both, community and enterprise version users.

At the moment, the community has released four different language add-ons as listed below:

1.       Spanish

2.       French

3.       Russian

4.       Brazilian Portuguese

As per the shared details, the ASTPP users can use all 5 languages, including 4 above mentioned and English. These add-ons can be easily integrated within the ASTPP 4.0 and later versions.
