PALM COAST, Fla. - July 18, 2019 - PRLog -- Owner of Coast Title Insurance Agency Sandra McDermott is pleased to announce that Amy Clay has joined their team as a Closing Agent.

"As a paralegal, I enjoy the research and details that go into every closing," said Amy. "It is fulfilling to help people achieve their dream of homeownership," she added. Amy's duties include working with all parties involved in real estate closing transactions. She prepares the necessary paperwork for signing and she also handles the escrow portion.

Amy is a native Floridian, born and raised in Orlando. She attended Deltona High School, then earned a photography degree at Daytona State College (DBCC at the time). She went on to attend the University of Florida. Amy has worked in various real estate related fields prior to taking the job at Coast Title. As a paralegal, she was predominately involved in short sale and foreclosure work.
