The RAW JŪCE concept, developed and first brought to Boca Raton, FL's community, in 2013, was inspired by a cancer diagnosis that led one of the Founders to begin a primarily plant-based diet. Since then, a total of nine locations have sprouted across three South Florida counties.
RAW JŪCE is a plant-based, USDA Certified Organic, fast-casual concept serving cold-pressed raw juices, smoothies, acai bowls and other raw foods. The company has combined integral elements to create a speedy, but healthy and tasty menu: Customizable, Portable, Organic and the lifestyle changer: nutritious can be delicious. RAW JŪCE also owns its own organic produce company, Fresh Harvest Organics, and is using its position as a leader in the segment of organic plant-based diets to establish a truly unique "farm-to-bottle"
AFC is an affiliate of AP Franchised Concepts, LLC, led by Anthony Polazzi, who has over 20 years of experience investing in, financing and operating restaurant, retail and other consumer brands. AFC has $5.3 million committed to investing in emerging franchisors. The focus being on opportunities with concepts seeking experienced partners to help them grow, and are in a niche segment of franchising, but still have substantial white space for growth. As envisioned by Polazzi just last year when describing AFC's objective, "Emerging is the key word … these are brands that have approximately 10-30 locations, and have strong unit economics, but require both capital and expertise to form the infrastructure needed to enable rapid growth."
