Northwestern Mutual – Chicago Expands Campus Recruiting Team

CHICAGO - June 7, 2019 - PRLog -- Northwestern Mutual-Chicago is expanding its college program recruiting team with the addition of Yaritza Jurado as a Regional Recruiter.

"We're in growth mode and expanding our career development programs from a position of strength," said Jeannie Andresen, Director of Internship and Post-Graduate Development. "We have developed long-standing relationships with Chicago area schools.  With Yaritza on our team we're building on the successful track record of our program and broadening our outreach to schools in the Midwest."

This summer the Chicago-based financial planning firm will welcome 30 college students and recent graduates from 23 different colleges to the industry-leading undergraduate internship and the post-graduate career development programs. College students test drive the career and develop professionally and grow personally through their internship experience.  Graduates are immersed in an intense career development program where they gain real-world experience that could lead to a long-term career in financial planning.

In her role as Regional Recruiter, Jurado will draw upon her past staffing and human resources experience to develop new relationships on regional college campuses and grow the Chicago-based financial planning firm's internship and post-graduate programs.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University.
