Oddball: Coming Back Full (Crooked) Circle Memoir

Everything I have done until this moment has been in preparation for the project Oddball: A Memoir, View on Life and Resilience Guide. This is on Kickstarter the website and can be found here look for ODDBALL.
There are two books, the first is a memoir and also a credo on resilience. The second is a full guide with accompanying assignments, workbooks, a performance and even videos to view.

The reason for this campaign is to raise money for professional editing, paperback printing costs, marketing and performance costs. Professional editing which includes proofreading, line editing and copy editing is incredibly expensive. Additionally, costs to market and promote as an indie author is challenging in various ways primarily financially. Costs associated with creating a performance is equally expensive since venues, artists, and other costs add up quite quickly. One other source of costs include the fees paid for using this service which varies.

I offer this on the eve of my 49th birthday and to honor my mother on the 20th year of my mother's death from cancer ironically at the age of 49th.

These are tools you can use any time should you want to engage in your own process of increasing resilience by intentionally introducing beautiful things into your life. I will be including a performance of music and story-telling to viscerally express life's adversities and the passion and beauty there is to be found.

This is a work of self-disclosure about growing up in the blighted streets of the South Bronx in the 70's, escaping to San Francisco as an adult for a better life only to experience complete and total loss of everything that identified me. Thrust back to New York City and continuing the losses, there was a return back to where it all started. Now however, with a revelation or two about what the life journey is and It with the intention of providing guideposts and solid resources for healing and entertainment.
