Savannah AMBUCS - AMTRYKE Presentation

SAVANNAH, Ga. - April 23, 2019 - PRLog -- The Savannah AMBUCS to present an AMTRYKE at the Bowlapalooza Title Sponsor's dealership.  Vaden Nissan of Savannah is hosting an AMTRYKE presentation. AMTRYKES are presented to Savannah residents who are differently abled.  Each AMTRYKE is custom built to be adaptive to the individual's needs based on the medical recommendations and guidance of their physical and/or occupational therapist.

Many people find themselves unable to ride a standard bicycle.  The AMTRYKES enable kids, adults and wounded veterans to experience the joys of riding a bike.  The heart of the AMBUCS mission is to provide opportunities for increased mobility and independence.

Presentation is happening Thursday, April 25th @ 6-7PM @ Vaden Nissan of Savannah (10421 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419).

About AMBUCS: Savannah AMBUCS has been giving Amtrykes, specially adapted trykes, to children, adults, and veterans who can't ride standard bikes since 1995. Savannah AMBUCS has given away over 500 Amtrykes. Over 500 lives and families have been changed through this program.

The Savannah AMBUCS chapter relies on partnerships with community leaders like Vaden Nissan of Savannah to further expand the mission and reach within the Savannah Metropolitan Area.
