Flip Murray's Philly vs Delaware All-Stars Look to Restore Interstate Basketball Rivalry

WILMINGTON, Del. - April 12, 2019 - PRLog -- A double-header battle of states and cities taking place Friday April 19, PHILLY vs DELAWARE, and SOUTH PHILLY vs CHESTER, is about to bring back the competitive spirit and rivalry to the Tri-State area, for which it is so well-known. The PHILLY team has been put together by NBA star Flip Murray and they face off against a DELAWARE All-Star team comprised of  many professional and ex-professional players, all 30 and over. The SOUTH PHILLY team put together by basketball personality around town Moonie Spot, faces off against a well-oiled CHESTER team, in what seems to be almost a rematch of a close fought game in the All-City Classic 302 League two weeks ago. Rivalry will be fierce.

The rosters for PHILLY and DELAWARE are in.
PHILLY led by Flip Murray is loaded, with Malik Alvin, Brian Jones, Mike Keyes, Mel Eason, Fuzz Wilson, Anthony 'LB' Becton, and Tyrone "Redz" Hill.
DELAWARE have named Tim Steed, Mark Egerson, Cory Lemons, Mark Williams, Darrel Lewis, Tail Davis, Trevon O'Brien, Darrell Johnson, and RJ Bullock.

Stay tuned for the rosters for SOUTH PHILLY and CHESTER. We do have SOUTH PHILLY roster, but we are waiting for CHESTER to finalize their roster. Both teams will be published when we have both in.

The games will be held at William Hicks-Anderson Gym at 501 N. Madison St, Wilmington PA, and are brought to you by the Flip Murray Pro-Am, All-City Classic 302 Legends League, and The Diva Docs. There is a capacity of 250 seats, so if
we reach that number, we cannot allow any more people in.
