DOVER, Del. - March 21, 2019 - PRLog -- Today is the go-live of infinimesh's alpha release. They have selected Google Cloud as strategic partner for its SaaS offering - and from today the signup is open. The SaaS offering, running in Google Cloud, is free for up to 25 devices - ideal for makers, startups and industrial Proof of Concepts. The package leaves enough room to bring ideas to life and even test larger installations. On top, users have the benefit to use the feature-rich ecosystem of GCP to turn their ideas into a successful product.

infinimesh has at its base a powerful engine, powered by Kubernetes, Apache Kafka ® and graph-based technology. This enables high platform stability no matter the load, extreme scalability up to millions of devices and top-of-class security and data privacy. The rich feature set doesn't make the platform hard to install or cumbersome to use: it is low-code and takes only a few commands to set-up. infinimesh focuses on device management, offering a simple but powerful framework to visualize clusters of devices within an organisation and set permissions up to device level. Device shadows then enable real-time and two-way correspondence for every device in the fleet. Customers can then leverage actionable analytics, based on time-series and continuously optimised by Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence baked into the platform.

"This idea has the potential to revolutionise the professional Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) market dramatically. We see us as an integration platform for the industry - truly connect devices to existing backend solutions without bringing the typical vendor lock-in with us but offering an open platform from test of proof of concepts until high scale rollouts,"  says Alexander, co-founder and CEO of infinimesh, Inc.

infinimesh is active in a global IoT platform market expected to expand by almost 30% CAGR over the next years: from around $2.2bn today to $10bn in 2025, as reported by Transparency Market Research. The market is currently in a competitive stage with vendors competing for market share. Leading technology, industry connections and domain expertise are key differentiating factors for vendors. We foresee an edge for those companies which combine these into a unique value proposition for their customers. Easy integrations with existing IT solutions (e.g. to cloud providers) will also be required from successful market participants. We expect market consolidation in a few years with only a few key players to emerge.

"For me, creating a completely new company, fully agile and customer-centric is a fantastic opportunity to put to use everything I have learnt along my career. I want infinimesh to make a positive impact on the world by helping companies reduce waste of resources by making things work smarter." Florian, co-founder and COO of infinimesh, Inc.
