The Supervisor Academy's Master Trainer and High Performance Coach, Denis Becker, is a mentee of TWI Senior Master Trainer Patrick Graupp, who taught and practised Training within Industry (TWI) skills for over 20 years at Sanyo, a Japanese manufacturer.

Denis is a highly experienced business transformation coach and TWI practitioner, having practised and taught TWI as process engineering manager for a UK manufacturer, corporate head of global operations excellence, as program manager of a post-acquisition company integration, and with clients across many industries. He has taught and coached supervisors and teams across Latin America, Europe and Asia.

All Supervisor Academy trainers and coaches are certified in Training within Industry methods and have extensive experience in applying them to improve people and operations performance.
