-- Austin community advocate and artist, Mark "Boss" Martinez, was featured on Fox News for his official music debut on the hit television series, "Lethal Weapon," airing on Fox Television in association with Warner Brothers TV. In addition to his success in the music industry, Martinez is a respected community advocate with a commitment to leading positive programs that inspire youth in public schools.
As a devoted Austin community advocate for over 12 years, Martinez continues his movement in support of youth literacy with a campaign that kicks off this week in the city of Austin. Martinez and fellow advocate Lil Simba will appear at Metz Elementary School to kick off a fundraiser for after-school programs in support of literacy initiatives for kids.
As a community advocate, Martinez is continuing his commitment to kids and education that led him to receive a proclamation by the city of Austin declaring July 11th
as Boss Martinez Day.
