REVE Group Acquires Telepacket's Mobile VoIP Software Business

SINGAPORE - Jan. 28, 2019 - PRLog -- REVE Group, the Singapore based conglomerate has announced today that it is acquiring the Mobile VoIP business unit of Telepacket Solutions Pte. Ltd., a Cyprus Headquartered software company. With this acquisition, Telepacket will become an independent business unit of the REVE Group.

Telepacket has been engaged in offering Mobile VoIP/ IP Software Solutions for Telecom/ Cloud Carriers. The company was incorporated in 2013 and has been running successful business operation since last 5 years with a major client base spread in the Middle East and Asia.

Commenting on this acquisition, REVE Group CEO M Rezaul Hassan said, "Telepacket has been able to carve out a niche for itself in the IP software industry and offered us complimentary value to our current telecom business in the group. We have acquired the software assets and the business of Telepacket, along with all its employees. We are very happy with this acquisition and this will further strengthen our position in the IP Telephony software space"

Mr. Hassan added "As part of REVE Group, Telepacket's entire business operations will be run independently from other verticals of the group. REVE Group has deputed one of its senior team members, Mr. Tushar Srivastava, who will take care of complete business operations and lead this business unit."
