BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Jan. 2, 2019 - PRLog -- ShePower Leadership Academy--a girls only Academy in Kern County, empowers women and girls to live, learn, and lead through mentorship, personal development, and diverse leadership—is pleased to announce that through its global partnership efforts, Founder, Visionary, and CEO, Arleana Waller will be going global, teaching Women at the African Women Leadership Forum through the invitation of Senela Jayasuriya-Abeynaike, Founder & CEO, Women Empowered, a global platform for high level women leaders.

ShePower has formed a global alignment with Women Empowered who works with high profile leaders from around the globe, including award winning partners from the USA, UK, Africa and India. The combination of their passion, strengths and thought- leadership from across the world enable them to help women realize their abilities through resourceful catalyst for a long lasting and impactful change.

Arleana has also been featured on the global Heart Talk platform, which showcases the heart of women leaders around the world—leaders who are passionate about what they do and are committed to seeing change and advancement.
