Her early professional experiences include both Disney Land and Disney World for over ten years.  She has worked with well-known celebrities, like Richard Pryor, Scoey Mitchell, Redd Foxx, and finally Frankie Crocker of WBLS, who was also her manager.

Lady Janice and her award nominations include "Female Vocalist Of The Year," and "Duo Of The Year" along with Billy Scott of the Georgia Prophets.  Janice Barnett was inducted into the Beach Music Hall of Fame in 1995 as The Queen Of Beach Music (1995).

Pastor Barnett toured the world have collaborated on projects and partnered in business with some of the best.  Opening in Tokyo for War and Pattie Page, and Geneva, Switzerland, with Prince Faisal of Saudi Arabia.   She's appeared on The Dinah Show and opened for Redd Foxx, Manhattan Transfer, Bill Cosby, and many more.

Janice is a feature on the Atlantic Records soundtrack, entitled "SELMA," has performed with gospel greats such as Shirley Caesar, Leon Patillo, and Petra.for sold-out crowds of 80,000 or more, and she's not tired yet.  She Co-Founded the "In-Flight" Gospel Record Label in partnership with greats,  Harvey Fuqua and William Guest (Gladys Knight and the Pips).  She knows a thing or two about collaboration and partnerships.

Janice Barnett is also a professional TV producer who was personally trained by Scoey Mitchell (comedienne and producer), who is also the first black producer ever to own his TV show on NBC!
