They train and help her realize and control her special gifts. And just in time. She meets an adversary she didn't know she had. And she has something of his he will do anything to get back.
Kung Fu Kellie and the Legend of Anguo (Tigerpaw Publishing, ISBN: 978-0988775640, $14.99) is an adventure story about a girl who is figuring out who she is and the unusual powers she harbor.
In this fun, action-packed book, Shinn not only addresses the teenage experiences of bullying, friendship, and awkwardness, but creates a unique story inspired by the different animal styles of Chinese martial art. Readers will lose themselves in the mystical world of kung fu where the original teachers are the animals. The second edition has a new cover, as well as the introduction of a hardcover format.
