Energy from efficient Biomass gasification. Cogeneration with Heat & Power output

ADVANTAGES:

- Less O&M cost, as less people (medium skilled) is needed

The feedstock can be agriculture and forestry products, like straw of corn/rice/wheat/coton,  wood chips, pellets, briquettes, charcoal, husks, kernels, etc, with 15-20mm size and 12-15 % relative humidity.
For wet sawdust feedstock, we add flash dryers and flat die type pelletizers to fit the required inlet conditions.

These compact units are manufactured to generate 50/100/200/500 and 1000 kw power, 50 or 60hz. Their size allows an easy transportation and fast installation.

By attaching heat exchangers to the exhaust pipe of the gensets, it is possible to produce hot air, hot water or steam (cogeneration service)
