Pandamoon Publishing's Alisse Lee-Goldenberg - Making a Difference for Tolerance & Understanding

AUSTIN, Texas - Nov. 8, 2018 - PRLog -- Prolific, multi-published author Alisse Lee-Goldenberg is proud of her Jewish heritage, having used it as the foundation of her Dybbuk Scrolls Trilogy, which she completed earlier this year. Recently she contacted Pandamoon Publishing expressing her desire to support The Simon Wiesenthal Center, an organization with worldwide reach promoting tolerance and understanding through Holocaust research.

"The Holocaust has a personal meaning to Alisse," said Zara Kramer, Publisher of Pandamoon Publishing. "Her grandparents were caught up in the humanitarian disaster of the concentration camps of the Nazis during World War II. With recent attacks on the Jewish community in Pittsburgh and some very personal attacks at the school her triplets attend she was compelled to do something."

"I asked to donate the proceeds from sales in November for my Dybbuk Scrolls Trilogy," Goldenberg said. "It seemed natural due of the series' deep roots in Eastern European folklore and Jewish traditions. Pandamoon decided not only to match my contribution but also encouraged other authors to support their favorite causes. Some decided to support The Simon Wiesenthal Center."

Alisse is an award-winning author of horror, young adult paranormal romance, and fantasy fiction. She is currently working on four series: The Sitnalta Series, The Children of Colonodona, The Dybbuk Scrolls, and The Bath Salts Journals (co-authored with An Tran). She holds Bachelor of Education and Fine Arts degrees and has studied fantasy and folklore since she was a child. Alisse is also a screenwriter and playwright who lives in Toronto with her husband Brian, and their triplets Joseph, Phillip, and Hailey.
