Lee & Associates Wins Prestigious MarCom Platinum Award for Rebranding

ORANGE, Calif. - Nov. 7, 2018 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has been awarded a highly coveted Platinum award for Strategic Communications: Branding Refresh by MarCom, one of the largest and most-respected creative competitions in the world. This year, more than 6,500 print and digital entries in more than 300 categories are submitted from dozens of countries, and yet less than 17% of those received platinum recognition.

In 2017, Lee & Associates embarked on a rebranding campaign spearheaded by Lee & Associates COO Lori Rodenbeck and Small Giants LLC, a Phoenix-based, full-service marketing and business development agency, exclusively serving commercial real estate.

"The goal for the company re-brand was to create an updated look that reflected the company's professionalism and relevancy in the CRE industry," said Ms. Rodenbeck. "In order to create consistency for 57+ offices nationwide, we produced resources such as a 54-page brand standards guide that all their 1,000+ employees could easily access and utilize."
