Lee & Associates NYC Positions Alo Yoga With a Huge Footprint on Williamsburg's Bedford Avenue

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - April 9, 2018 - PRLog -- Peter Braus, Managing Principal, Garry Steinberg, Managing Director/ Principal, and Jaime Schultz, Managing Director, of Lee & Associates NYC (http://leeassociatesnyc.com/) have negotiated a multi-level, 14,228-square-foot lease at 241 Bedford Avenue, between North 3^rd and North 4^th Streets, for Alo Yoga, a fashion-forward yoga brand that blends the best of contemporary streetwear with performance-based athletic wear. The lease term is ten years with options to renew.

"With neighbors such as Apple and Whole Foods Market, Alo is well-positioned to reach their modern, health-conscious client base," explains Mr. Braus, who represented the landlord, RedSky Capital. "Furthermore, the multi-level layout will allow the Alo team to create a truly experiential retail space."

The store will offer their full collections of yoga apparel for men and women on the ground floor in addition to yoga classes on the second floor. This will be the first Brooklyn location for the Los Angeles-based brand. Asking rent was $350 per square foot for the ground floor and $125 per square foot for the second floor.

The tenant was represented by Lauren Musacchio and Alissa Bersin of McDevitt Company. Alo is expected to open in the fall of 2018.
