Gözde Bozkurt Named MedShare's New Southeast Director of Operations

ATLANTA - Nov. 1, 2018 - PRLog -- MedShare, a global humanitarian aid organization based in Atlanta, welcomes Gözde Bozkurt as the organization's new Southeast Director of Operations. Previously, Ms. Bozkurt served as Key Account Manager for Global Forwarding with C.H. Robinson. With over 19 years of experience in the areas of executive management, logistics, supply chain management, transportation & international freight forwarding, engineering, project management, and manufacturing operations, Ms. Bozkurt is a valuable addition to MedShare's team. She is trilingual, speaking English, French and Turkish. Additionally, she is a part-time instructor on Operations & Supply Chain Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business.

As Southeast Director of Operations, Ms. Bozkurt leads MedShare's Southeastern Regional operations. She is responsible for the coordination of all activities associated with the Southeast Volunteer & Distribution Center, including warehouse and inventory management, volunteer operations, and facility management. Her background in global logistics, supply chain management, and project management, as well as her extensive professional experience abroad, make her well-suited to support MedShare's global mission.

Ms. Bozkurt has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Galatasaray in Istanbul, Turkey and a Professional Designation in International Trade and Commerce from the University of California, Los Angeles.
