Stage Fund Celebrates First Anniversary With Ontuitive

DENVER - Oct. 31, 2018 - PRLog -- Marking their first full year under new ownership in the Stage Fund portfolio of companies, Denver, CO based eLearning company Ontuitive has seen a year of tremendous growth and promise for an exciting 2019.

Ontuitive was founded in 1996 in the Netherlands under the name Learning Guide, expanding to the United States in 2005, and eventually rebranded in 2014 as Ontuitive. The eLearning SaaS company was acquired in October 2017 by Denver, CO based Stage Fund where immediate stabilization and growth efforts began.

Overseeing the 2017 acquisition was Stage Fund's Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, Briana Milligan, who now serves as CEO of Ontuitive. In her first year, Milligan spent a significant amount of time in Europe meeting with clients and building on our long-standing client relationships. She has also brought on new, incredible talent to the company and acquired an LMS platform, rounding out Ontuitive's lineup of eLearning solutions.

Among Ontuitive's reasons for celebration was their hugely successful open house event for Denver Startup Week this past September. The event attracted nearly 300 attendees, putting Ontuitive on the radar as one of Denver's newest premier tech companies. In the past year, Ontuitive has also landed big name clients in the banking, manufacturing and aviation industries, saving clients enormous costs associated with L&D, change management, training, and onboarding, to name a few. Ontuitive continues to advance as an industry leader in the eLearning, SaaS space with major product development milestones and announcements ahead in the 2019 roadmap.
