Excited about the possibility that anyone desiring to make their literary dreams come true in the twenty-first century can make it a reality, Young states the following, "Studies indicate that the average of 600, 000 to 1,000.000 books are self-published annually. Why not throw your hat in the ring? Once upon a time, Self-Published Authors weren't treated with the same respect as traditionalist nor taking seriously when relating to this art form. We live in a world now where Independent Writers have changed the face of the literary game and sales for some are quiet rewarding. The key is simply getting it done and marketing to your target audience in advance prior to your release date."
