LOS ANGELES - Sept. 26, 2018 - PRLog -- The political climate reveals a judicial committee of all men in deciding a major associate supreme court placement where women can be deeply impacted by future decisions.  Is this indicative of the challenges women are confronted with in all facets of life?

There is a constant suppression of women's contribution to all facets of life, not just in politics—they have always been placed in subservient positions and if she's successful then she is "almost like a man" or gained her success because of a man.  This is not today's woman—and candidly, today's politicians and leaders of the Fortune 500 companies need to recognize this sooner than later or see great consequences to their own positions.

Do you believe women are programmed by those around them that might be sabotaging their potential?

Women have been conditioned throughout history and are prevalent today when we take action, are relentless in our pursuits is often seen as being too aggressive.  It's starting to change but we still have a way to go. My mission is to show women how to shine instead of shrink and stop second-guessing their potential. Upbringing from family and society has everything to do with how women have been holding themselves back from reaching their highest potential.

You focus on the basic core of ones' own image—that success starts in your mind— is this self-image often limited by one's own perception?

Your perception of how you see yourself sends a message to your unconscious mind.  Your unconscious mind is the driving force for everything that you want to create in your life. That's why it's critical to change the self-image first in order to create the life you desire. Failure to change the internal program will result in self-sabotage.

Can you elaborate on "giving power away"?

When women are not living their life with their highest personal values they will inject other people's opinions or priorities. In doing this, it makes them feel unworthy, overwhelmed, and often times resentful because they are not doing what they feel is aligned with themselves. That's why it's critical to uncover one's top values and be able to live by them.
