Developers of 18-Story Muze 'Top Out' Building Set to Open Next Year
The 18-story, 158-unit 502-bed community is located at 2100 Nueces Street, just two blocks from The University of Texas at Austin campus. As its name implies, Muze was designed with creativity in mind by helping student residents find their own muse while in college.

The award-winning Austin-based design team is led by architecture firm Rhode Partners, with interior and product design by Sixthriver. Rogers-O'Brien is the general contractor for the Muze, making it the second West Campus tower they have constructed with the principals of Parallel.
