BA Insight to Support Microsoft Search

BOSTON - Sept. 25, 2018 - PRLog -- BA Insight, an innovator in AI-driven search and a Microsoft Gold Partner, announces plans to integrate its connectors with Microsoft Search, which was just introduced by Microsoft at Ignite 2018.  For the past six years, BAI's Connector Framework and its 70+ connectors has been the technology that has enabled SharePoint and SharePoint Online to be used as an enterprise search platform. BA Insight is now developing a New Generation Connectivity Platform to integrate with Microsoft Search while protecting customers' investments in SharePoint and SharePoint Online Search.  Expectations are that the New Generation Connectivity Platform will be available in the Spring of 2019, aligned with Microsoft's plans to provide new pipelines that will enable Microsoft Search to ingest content from outside Microsoft 365 into the unified search experience.
