Julie Butticarlo Joins Westmount Realty Capital as Director – Asset Management

DALLAS - Sept. 12, 2018 - PRLog -- Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, a commercial real estate development and investment management company, recently announced that Julie Butticarlo has joined the company as Director – Asset Management. In this role, Butticarlo will oversee a portfolio of Westmount's industrial and office assets across the country.

Before joining Westmount, Butticarlo was the senior asset manager at World Class Capital Group where she was responsible for managing the operations of a large commercial real estate portfolio. As a senior asset manager, she oversaw financial plans, leasing efforts and property management costs.

Prior to her role at World Class Capital Group, Butticarlo was the commercial REO marketing manager at Beal Bank for seven years, where she was responsible for the marketing and disposition of a national portfolio of commercial REO properties. While at Beal Bank, she closed 154 transactions totaling more than $345 million.

Before joining Beal Bank, Butticarlo was manager – real estate development at Opus West, where she helped facilitate the development and initial lease up of a 1.3 million-square-foot lifestyle center in Austin. She also has more than 30 years of experience in property and asset management.

Butticarlo is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a graduate of the TREC Associate Leadership Council program. Butticarlo is a proud supporter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation and various other charities focused primarily on cancer research and prevention.
