MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Sept. 5, 2018 - PRLog -- The Common Table Health Alliance (CTHA) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of its new CEO, Kiki Hall.  As CEO, she will lead the nonprofit regional healthcare collaborative through its next phase of innovation to improve health disparities in the mid-south.

Taking the helm on August 15th, Hall expressed her enthusiasm for the mission of the CTHA. "The Common Table Health Alliance is an amazing and unique organization.  I am excited to lead the CTHA in the development and execution of solutions to improve some of the health and wellness disparities of this region.  While there is much work to be done, the CTHA has a strong history of convening the right organizations and corporations to achieve health equity.  I look forward to rallying the stakeholders and residents around the common goal of improving the health of all of our neighbors to build a stronger, more vibrant community."

The CTHA Board Chairman, Reggie Crenshaw, is confident that Hall can move the vision of the CTHA forward as it seeks to fulfill its mission of achieving health equity through trusted collaborations, partnerships, and direct services. "On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are extremely excited to bring a person of Kiki's caliber to the role of CEO.  She has a distinguished career in health, non-profit, marketing, and strategic partnerships that will allow us to convene various sectors to accomplish great things for our community.  I am personally most excited about her faith in our ability to make the greater Memphis community a better place to live and her commitment to making it happen. Kiki's passion and experience will allow us to focus on bringing health equity to all of our citizens and thereby, improving the health statistics in this region," said Crenshaw.

While attending the business school at the University of Alabama, Hall enjoyed leading multiple campus organizations. After graduating with the highest honors, she moved to Memphis, where she had a successful 15+ year career in sales and marketing within medical and health organizations including Smith & Nephew, Merck and ALSAC/St. Jude.  Following her heart, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector where she most recently served as the Chief Development and Communications Officer for the Neighborhood Christian Centers.  In that role, Hall led the department responsible for development, marketing, communications, partnerships, and volunteer engagement.  This new opportunity leading the CTHA allows her to combine her healthcare knowledge, nonprofit knowledge and passion for improving health for everyone.  She enjoys living in Memphis with her husband, Andrew Hall, and three children.

Founded in 2000, Common Table Health Alliance is a nonprofit health and healthcare improvement collaborative serving the Memphis and mid-south region. The CTHA is a highly respected, neutral convener of diverse community organizations and corporations.  Currently, the CTHA administers two critical initiatives:  1) The Memphis Breast Cancer Consortium which consists of 36 different organizations and aims to reduce breast cancer disparity and mortality; 2) The "Let's Change" initiative, which administers over 30 partner organizations to improve health education and healthcare in under-resourced communities.  For more information, contact the Common Table Health Alliance at 901.684.6011 or visit the website at http://commontablehealth.org.
