SOPHI Kickstarts Operations in Cebu

"This project alone is an expansion effort to support the growth of one of our clients in the fashion industry in Los Angeles, and we're looking to scale our teams with the new office," added Franken-Ututalum.
Franken-Ututalum disclosed that the new location in Cebu is projected to generate at least 100 call center jobs by the last quarter of 2018. That number is estimated to double in 2019 with the addition of new clients in the industries of travel, fashion, and mobile development.
"We're excited to bring more jobs to Cebu. The talent here has been impressive so far, and we can't wait to grow our family and expand our service offerings to align with the skill set in a bigger city," Franken-Ututalum said.
SOPHI has an existing facility in Dumaguete City that employs about 300 agents in the fields of customer service, technical support, and marketing.
