Dirty D Announces Solo Debut with ALL IT'S MISSING IS MY NAME

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - Aug. 25, 2018 - PRLog -- Dirty D's new "mixtape" consists of six tracks of freestyle Rap vocals by Dirty D over a variety of urban-infused, electronic beats and rhythms. The introduction track dedicates the release to his "Haters", and then quickly dives into the title track "All It's Missing Is My Name". In the song, Ferguson speaks of not getting proper recognition for his work in the past and how his rise to fame has made him a name deserving of mentioning. In the next track "Can't Stop Me Now", he calls out his nay-sayers from his recent past and forces them to answer to his success after his relocation to southern California. As the mixtape moves on to "These Dirty Beats", things take a darker turn with a more moody rhythm and slower rap verses. Dirty D lays it out to anyone planning to step on his "game", with such hard-hitting lyrics as "These dirty beats, they rule the streets; I'm Dirty D, and soon you'll see. Don't f*** with me, my beat's heavy, you come at me, blood-soaked you'll leave."

In the fifth song titled "California B*****s", he calls out the many "fakes" of Hollywood and the music and film industry as a whole. The violent-sounding lyrics like "Smack your face, hit it, POW!" serve as a metaphor for rubbing his success "in the face" of those who continue to challenge him today in his professional career. Finally, Dirty D concludes with "Dead to Me", which in a nutshell is about moving on from his depressed past while he faced many challenges on his rise, and blossoming into the creative and award-winning artist he is today.

"Instead of lashing out on social media at those who have been there to tear me down in the past, I've done the whole 'artist' thing and worked my feelings into something that allowed me to creatively express myself", says Ferguson aka Dirty D. He continues "...Nothing is aimed at anyone directly, of course. I just wanted to speak the truth about what myself and many others go through during a life transition like this one."

The 11-minute "mixtape" is a bit hardcore in nature, and will certainly appeal to fans of more recent "Instagram"-born Rap artists like "6ix9ine", "Bhad Bhabie", "Cuban Doll" and "Asian Doll". The anger, betrayal and resentment Ferguson dealt with during his transition into a mainstream Hollywood artist has been perfectly channeled into six tracks of fresh, innovative songs aimed at the listener who is looking to blow off a little steam after a day in the life of the film and music industry.

Following the release of the "Beat By Beat" and "Midnight Dancer" music videos (the latter to be directed by viral music video creator Brainztem of "Cuban Doll" fame) in his "Hollywood Rock" collaboration with E-Rocker, two additional videos "Can't Stop Me Now" and "California B*****s" from "All It's Missing Is My Name" will be released online soon after.
