Heroes First Home Loans Ribbon Cutting & $8k Check Presentation Scheduled for Aug. 30

PALM COAST, Fla. - Aug. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Sam Royer, Director of Heroes First Home Loans Flagler Beach, in conjunction with the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, is please to announce the company's 1-year anniversary celebration on August 30^th from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. The event will be held at their co-working office in Flagler Beach located at 712 S Ocean Shore Blvd. There will also be a check presentation to the Flagler Beach Police Department for an $8k donation from Heroes First Homes Loans to be used for rain gear, and a presentation to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office for medical kits.

"We have been proud to donate over $30k our first year in business to first responder organizations as well as veteran's groups," said Sam. "We've also saved these 'heroes' from the military, ministry, firefighters, law enforcement professionals, educators, civil service workers and healthcare providers, past or present, over $170k since we've opened in 2017," he added. The event will include music, food and drinks provided by Terranova's Restaurant & Pizzeria, and drawings for a variety of giveaways.

Sam has received several awards this past year for his donations and community service including a Josette Sullivan Humanitarian Award from Cherry Creek Mortgage, his parent company, a Distinguished Service Citation from the Office of the Chief of Police (Daytona Beach), a Citizenship Award from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, and several appreciation letters, including one from the Flagler Beach Police Department.

Some of the ways Heroes First Home Loans saves their customer money on home loans is by offering no lender fees, a $500.00 Visa gift card after closing, and two year payment protection with disability protection for up to six months, $1,500 maximum a month for six months for the first two years of the home loan in the event the person taking the loan loses their job.
