Concert Pianist Jade Simmons Performs Rare Home Town Concert in Houston

HOUSTON - Aug. 16, 2018 - PRLog -- On Saturday, September 15th, at 7pm, eclectic and innovative concert pianist and powerhouse speaker Jade Simmons will bring The Jade Simmons Experience to the Charles Bender Performing Arts Center in Humble, TX north of Houston. After two years of performing and speaking on creativity, innovation and leadership in mostly private corporate settings, the classically trained pianist and Rice University music graduate is excited to once again create transformational MainStage experiences for the music-loving public. The acclaimed pianist has performed in esteemed concert venues such as Seattle's Meany Hall, Dallas' Meyerson Symphony Center and at Ravinia the renowned concert venue outside of Chicago. She's frequented multiple venues in New York as wide ranging as the modern arts showcasing space Le Poisson Rouge and the storied Town Hall. Her performances have also taken her to the White House and Simmons has been honored with the Sphinx Organization's Medal of Excellence in a ceremony at the US Supreme Court. As a professional speaker, she has been brought in by some of the world's superlative brands (Hershey's, Raytheon, Dow, Royal Bank of Canada and more) to help redefine Purpose and unleash momentum in life and business.  In Jade's one-of-a-kind concert adventures, she delights audiences with a "formidable mix of spirit and technical mastery" (University of Chicago), eschewing genre lines normally drawn in the music industry and daring to break the boundaries between artist and audience.

The Houston Jade Simmons Experience concert at the Bender will serve as the kick-off to a much awaited return to concert touring across the U.S. and abroad. At the Bender, a beautiful and relatively new performance space, only a little over 300 Houstonians will have the chance to see the genre-smashing artist go from Rachmaninoff to Rap in a riveting evening that combines inspiration, information and entertainment. The music and storytelling concert adventure starts at 7:00pm.

Because Simmons rarely performs in her home city, the concert is expected to sell out and the public is encouraged to purchase their tickets online in advance or through the box office for only $15. Attendees are invited to come early to enjoy live music and art in the lobby before the concert. Mrs. Simmons will also greet concertgoers in the lobby following the performance. The whole family is welcomed, though the recommended age for children is 6 and up.
