OMA Emirates announces 100% ownership of European Subsidiary, OMA Adriatic

SHARJAH, UAE - Aug. 6, 2018 - PRLog -- OMA Emirates Group, a leading global payment solutions provider, headquartered in Dubai, UAE, announces complete acquisition of Serbian based OMA Adriatic, previously holding a majority stake since 2014. The acquisition will help focus on other territories of the Adriatic region supporting the company's vision of reaching 25 countries by 2020.

Established in 1991, OMA Emirates Group holds a diversified portfolio of state of the art solutions operating in 11 countries across the Middle East, Europe and APAC regions. With a dedicate staff of over 300+, OMA Emirates provides solutions in card personalization, payment issuance and acquiring systems, loyalty programs, digital banking solutions, etc. to more than 500 clients.

Initially set up to focus on Islamic Banking Payment Solutions, OMA Adriatic now focuses on retail solutions, loyalty programs and banking and financial products and services. With a dedicated team already in place, the company will now offer turnkey projects to markets by initiating upgraded technologies for Point of Sale, Switch Requirements and other banking implementations.
