PORTLAND, Ore. - July 18, 2018 - PRLog -- Inova Kellar Center, Inova Health System's premier behavioral health center for children and families in Northern Virginia, utilized the Owl Insights®  measurement-based care cloud solution ("the Owl")  to successfully meet Joint Commission accreditation standards, including the recently added Joint Commission requirement that behavioral health providers engage in measurement-based care through the use of a standardized tool or instrument to measure outcomes. The successful implementation of Owl Insights at Inova Kellar Center earned a commendation from the Joint Commission surveyor, who referred to the Center as a "High Reliability Organization" and leader in the implementation of measurement-based care. A High Reliability Organization (HRO) is an organization that is "establishing near zero rates of failure for critical quality processes and making sure that they stay at that level of performance across all services for very long periods of time."
