We are glad to inform you that in the release 20.1 of iSmartRecruit we optimized our Applicant Tracking System based on suggestions and feedback we received from our customers and prospect. Overall we try to improve user experience by making the system easy to use. We hope our customers and prospect will find our system more user-friendly and easy to use.

Here is a list of changes included in this release.

1. Terminology Change:
There is a change in terminology to make a system more user-friendly. Now system refers "Prospect" as "Lead" and "Active Candidates" as "Pipeline". These new names are more meaningful and accurately representing functionality.

2. System Configuration various:
There are various options added in system configuration to make a system more customizable. The system administrator can adjust the setting based on his preference.

3. Candidate Tracking with Jobs:
Added drill-down capabilities in Active Jobs screen where a user can see all the candidates which team has processed for the job. Only rejected candidates will not be displayed in the drill down list. This feature helps the user to perform candidate-related actions also from the same page.

4. Candidate Pipeline:
Candidate pipeline display enhances now and a user can see the candidate under different pipeline stages very clearly.

5. Mailbox:
Now you can see unread emails count of the mailbox in the header section.

6. On-boarding Notification:
Whenever any candidate submits on-boarding related information online, a system is going to send you email and grow notification to the user. In the on-boarding configuration, the user can configure the responsible person who will be notified about the update.

7. GDPR Changes:
All the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) related changes have been accomplished in the system. The user can enable and disable GDPR option from the system configuration.

8. Chrome Plug-in:
Chrome plug-in is now upgraded and now it is possible to assign a job to candidate directly from plug-in. Also, it is possible to import client contact LinkedIn profile. For more information go through our Chrome store.

9. Active Jobs:
Many of our current customers suggested us to have candidate listing besides jobs so candidate tracking can be done very easily by using Applicant Tracking System (https://www.ismartrecruit.com/). We implemented this suggestion in system and system has drill-down capabilities where a user just needs to click on drill down menu options to see all the candidates which are under job pipeline.

10. Candidate Matching Score:
Whenever candidate applies to the job, a system is now calculating the score of matching. Matching score will be calculated based on the skill sets required for the job and skill sets mentioned in the candidate resume. Candidate matching percentage is very useful to see whether the application is relevant for the job or not. Many time candidates submit application though he is not the right fit for the job, such applications can be easily filtered using this matching score and such applications can be unassigned from the job.

11. Two Way Email Synchronization:
This is one of the important aspects. At a regular interval, an email will be automatically synced from your mailbox by the system batch process. Though you sent emails from your desktop outlook or mobile device, still that emails will be reflected in your sent items of our system mailbox. This is very important because now you have the flexibility to use email from whatever devices you want.

12. Conversation History:
You can check the complete email conversation of your team for a particular candidate or client. The conversation includes both outgoing and incoming emails. You never miss any email communication as all email communication will be stored in centralized system storage. There are options available in the system to see communication history of the client, candidate, lead etc.

13. Mailbox:
The system has a mailbox screen where you can verify received emails and compose emails. System mailbox is similar to another mailbox where you can organize emails in different folders. It is possible to see the team mailbox and user mailbox. In team mailbox, all emails will be displayed in mailbox across all users. This is a very important feature as you can see the outgoing and incoming emails of all the users. Team mailbox has a mail refresh button to fetch new emails from mailbox immediately. It is possible to configure a rule to identify primary and secondary emails. It helps you to concentrate on important emails.
