And then the Superyacht Fleet Was Complete!Lunous joins her 3 sister yachts in the Ionian Islands
The four-boat fleet is comprised of three mono-hulls and one catamaran; Argentous, a 65ft boat sleeping eight people in four bedrooms, Aurous, a 52ft catamaran sleeping 10 people in five bedrooms, Jeannous sleeping six in three bedrooms, and the new girl, 65ft Lunous, which can accommodate eight adults and two children.
All the boats come with a skipper and chef who have their own quarters away from the other guests.
Comments Fleewinter MD Alisdair Luxmoore, who helped to sail the new boat to Corfu, joining the crew in France and cruising to the Ionian Sea via Italy: "When we launched Argentous, our first yacht, in spring 2015, we had no idea how popular the new holiday concept would become.
"There has always been the option of spending tens of thousands of pounds a week on an oligarch-type yacht, or a small, cheap, charter boat at the other end of the scale, but there was nothing in between.
"Spotting that gap in the market, we launched Argentous and have added a new boat every year since. People just love the fact that they can join the boat with little or no sailing experience, and help the skipper, or just lie back with a gin and tonic, or make use of the speed boat and water-sport gear that is stored aboard all four yachts".
Lunous is based on the same design as Argentous, the first boat, but has a different layout below deck, with four en-suite cabins, plus a bunk annex suitable for two children, making a total of 10 berths. It also has a bigger guest lounge with a large sofa and dining table.
All four vessels are heavily booked for summer 2018 but there are pockets of availability. For example, Jeannous is available from the end of June until mid-July with 20% off the normal rates.
A week's stay costs from £1865 per person (based on six sharing), which includes half-board accommodation (breakfast and lunch), skipper, chef, fuel, marina fees, soft drinks, water, tea/coffee/snacks and all watersports (water-skiing, wakeboarding, ringo, windsurfing, SUP and snorkeling).
Flights extra (bookable through Fleewinter, Easyjet from Gatwick to Corfu).
