New Special Needs Volunteer Division will Pioneer efforts for Preparedness

WASHINGTON - May 1, 2018 - PRLog -- In response to numerous worldwide inquiries and requests regarding volunteer positions hinged on those with special needs, NOKR has heard your voices and - "As the President of NOKR, and as one who loves working with our gifted and special needs population, we are listening!" After having just had the opportunity to assist with the Special Olympics, Mark Cerney, declared "…the time is now. We want to give ownership in NOKR, to those who embrace the idea of giving those with special needs a purpose with focus - a leadership position in which she or he, may be given the opportunity to shine."

Under the leadership of, Truman Cerney the Managing Director and mentor, we have created the NOKR Special Volunteer Division - USA. This Division will have:

(1) Special Needs President-Elect yearly

(50) Governorship's Volunteers - one representing each US State.

*There will be 3,142 SVD Mayor positions representing counties, parishes, boroughs, census areas and independent cities.  All positions are open to those with special needs high and low functioning.

What will our volunteers be doing?  Serving as role models from their respective home states, SVD volunteers will help in dissemination of NOKR information to their immediate and extended reach (family circle, schools, church and community).  Further aiding in the NOKR mission - optionally attend local fairs, public safety meetings/gatherings and other community functions that would allow a mutually beneficial presentation of NOKR and our services rendered.

Each volunteer will be provided:  An official NOKR email address, personal NOKR page and Facebook Group page (volunteer managed).

At NOKR, EVERY person matters - this is our core mission and purpose. Our gifted and special needs population is truly undervalued, underestimated and oftentimes an oversight; however, we know their talents and recognize their potential.
