Japanese Martial Arts Center to host a twelve-hour training event.
 
ANN ARBOR, Mich. - April 30, 2018 - PRLog -- The Japanese Martial Arts Center (JMAC) in Ann Arbor will be hosting The Crucible, a twelve-hour training event.  You cannot leave.  You will not quit. You will be forever changed.

Twelve hours of training in lockdown mode – you show up, bring your absolute best, and stay for the entire 12 hours ... no matter what!

Deep training in martial arts skills, high-performance skills, and mindset to make you stronger, more focused, and more effective. Meditation, self-evaluation, planning, relaxation, mental "framing," sports psychology, and more.

The event takes place on May 12, 2018 from 6am to 6pm, at the Japanese Martial Arts Center, 2875 Boardwalk, Suite H, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.
