•     1-mile run
•     100 pull-ups

JMAC encourages everyone in the Ann Arbor community to consider participating or donating. Every bit helps. All net proceeds will go to Fisher House!

Nicklaus Suino, Director of Training at JMAC, says, "We're blessed to live in an amazing city in a wonderful country. Many of the freedoms and opportunities we take for granted have been won or preserved by the men and women of our military. When they need help, I believe we have an obligation to do what we can. The Murph at JMAC is a way to have some fun, get fit, and make a small contribution to the comfort of people who have sacrificed a lot for us."
