LONDON - April 25, 2018 - PRLog -- Telecom, media and technology (TMT) merger and acquisition activity is expected to continue to be active across Europe, with a number of key deals in motion and more expected to shake up the sector over the next 12 months, according to leading global law firm Linklaters.

"We expect there to be an active and robust M&A environment in the TMT sector in 2018, driven by strong equity and debt markets and growing confidence in developing technologies," said Iain Fenn, Partner at Linklaters, who will be chairing a key leadership panel at the TMT M&A Forum 2018 taking place in London on May 22-23.
