Debut Book "Beyond Rock Bottom" Tells Emotional Journey Out of the Dark Hole of Addiction

About the Authors

Patty Smith lives in North Carolina with her husband, Buddy Smith. She is involved in Al-Anon and other 12-step groups. Patty embraces holistic health, which emphasizes the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of life. She received health coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and then earned a Master's Degree in health coaching from International Health Coach University.  Her "been there, done that" experience helps clients find their own way to lasting health and wellness.

Grayson Smith lives in Salt Lake City, with his dog, Lady. He is attending school and is pursuing a civil engineering degree from the University of Utah. He stays busy climbing, skiing and is active in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).
