Twixor wins the Start-Up Product Pitch off at Seamless Middle 2018

DUBAI, UAE - April 18, 2018 - PRLog -- The Seamless Middle East event is now concluded after 2 days of power packed networking,expert panels and 350 exhibitors from across the globe covering the world of Payments , Fintech , Ecommerce and Retail .

The 19th edition of the event was held on April 15-16 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Exhibitors participated from across the globe showcasing wide range of innovative products and solutions –from mobile payments, analytics, inventory management and POS, self-service and ATM's to digital marketing with omni-channel retailing, blockchain and AI.

Twixor was present during the two day event exhibiting as well as presenting in sessions such as "Lauch Pad"and "Start up Product Pitch off".

It was also nominated for Seamless Awards under the " Digital Transformation and Innovation B2B of the year" category.

Sponsored by OMA Emirates Group, the Pitch-Off saw fintechs and commerce start-ups from across the world pitching their products or solutions for four minutes to an expert panel made up of VC's, funds and consultants to win a cheque of $5,000 and a potential investment up to $500,000.

Companies competing in the pitch off session apart from Twixor included Point Checkout, Yalla Bargain, Zicon, SAAS coin, PIP IT.

Twixor presented the topic "app"less mobility during the session. The idea behind the solution is based on the fact that 65% of users do not download new apps and that 7 in 10 consumers prefer mobile websites over mobile apps.
