BitRouter Launches ATSC3pro Alpha Test Program
Next-generation ATSC 3.0 solution to be featured at premier broadcast industry event
LAS VEGAS - April 9, 2018 - PRLog -- BitRouter, a leading provider of software for terrestrial, IP, cable, satellite and mobile receivers, today announced the launch of its ATSC3pro Alpha Test Program at the NAB Show taking place April 9-12 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. BitRouter will be showcasing its ATSC 3.0 product innovations on the show floor in booth #SU14510.
BitRouter's ATSC3pro is a PC/Linux-based ATSC 3.0 single-stream professional receiver. It can be used to view ATSC 3.0 broadcasts, collect signal quality data and test ATSC 3.0 applications. ATSC3pro includes a software development kit (SDK) that allows it to be used as an application development and testing platform. The ATSC3pro Alpha Test Program is currently available to developers of ATSC 3.0 applications, with the company targeting May 2018 for early-feature ATSC3pro deliveries.
