The total value of recent sales is approximately $18.8 million and includes the following transactions:

4152 Katella Avenue in Los Alamitos, California 6,000± SF Office building for a sales value of $1,580,000. Sold to Becker & Ayele. Marshal Vogt and Matt Orville of Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and the seller.

10805. Artesia Boulevard in Cerritos, California – 15,337± SF Industrial building for a sales value of $2,705,000. Sold to a PLETA Trust. Pat Delaney of Lee & Associates represented the buyer and Mike Hefner of Voit represented the seller.

16001 Manning Way in Cerritos, California 16,344± SF Industrial building for a sales value of $3,334,520. Sold to OTA America, LLC. Christopher Destino of Lee & Associates represented the seller and Sam Chu of Daum represented the buyer.

2556 W. Woodland Drive in Anaheim, California 4,028± SF Office building for a sales value of $940,000. Sold to Pacific Voyager Group, LLC. John Son of Lee & Associates represented the buyer and Garrett McClelland of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller.

1220 E. Hunter Avenue in Santa Ana, California – 8,732± SF Industrial building for a sales value of $1,975,000. Sold to Tim Husband. Jeff Gahagan of Lee & Associates represented the buyer and John Suggs of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

651 W. Whittier Boulevard in La Habra, California – 8,250± SF Retail building for a sales value of $1,800,000. Sold to a private investor. Matt Orville and David Tabata of Lee & Associates represented the seller and Rupi Singh of CBRE represented the buyer.

1305 S. Lyons Street in Santa Ana, California –4,553± SF Industrial building for a sales value of $1,002,230. Sold to Java Frost, Inc. Jeff Gahagan of Lee & Associates represented the buyer and Sean Ahern of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

730 S. Grand Avenue in Santa Ana, California – 12,165± SF Industrial building for a sales value of $2,550,000. Sold to Capelli, LLC. Greg Diab of Lee & Associates represented the seller and Jeff Gahagan of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

9070 Dice Road in Santa Fe Springs, California 13,356± SF New industrial building for a sales value of $2,991,744. Sold to Ferguson Property Enterprise, LLC. Christopher Destino of Lee & Associates represented the buyer and Mark Gleason of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller.
