10805. Artesia Boulevard in Cerritos, California – 15,337± SF Industrial building for a sales value of $2,705,000. Sold to a PLETA Trust. Pat Delaney of Lee & Associates represented the buyer and Mike Hefner of Voit represented the seller.

16001 Manning Way in Cerritos, California – 16,344± SF Industrial building for a sales value of $3,334,520. Sold to OTA America, LLC. Christopher Destino of Lee & Associates represented the seller and Sam Chu of Daum represented the buyer.
