Samples Restaurant Longmont The restaurant hosts several unique competitions and events, which have contributed to its success. The quarterly Beer vs Beer event brings local breweries to the restaurant and pairs their beers with our custom 5-course meals. The yet-to-be-conquered Beerquator Challenge dares beer lovers to a blind taste test of 20 local brews, which they have to correctly identify. These events and others contribute to SAMPLES' strong focus on beer. SAMPLES was founded in 2015, and was voted as Colorado's best beer bar less than a year after. The restaurant was created by Mark Sample, a veteran of the booming Colorado craft beer scene and a longtime employee of Left Hand Brewery. He infused his love of quality craft beers and experience with unique flavors into SAMPLES' DNA, which has contributed to its quick ascension to this title. In addition to being voted Best Beer Bar twice, SAMPLES has had exposure on the national stage. The restaurant was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri, in an episode titled "Poutine, Pizza and Pork." Both the TV feature and this award highlight SAMPLES' dedication to high quality food and drinks. SAMPLES Restaurant is located in Longmont, Colorado, and places an emphasis on friendly services, craft drinks, local beers and comfort food. The restaurant shares a partnership with Sample Supports, a Longmont-based social services agency, to provide employment opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
