EPIC Pipeline Launches FERC Open Season for 700-Mile NGL Pipeline from NM to CC TX

SAN ANTONIO - Feb. 16, 2018 - PRLog -- EPIC Y Grade Pipeline, LP ("EPIC") today announced a twelve (12) day FERC Open Season that will allow interested shippers to secure firm capacity on EPIC'S NGL Pipeline which will link producers' NGL reserves in the Permian and Eagle Ford Basins to Gulf Coast refiners, petrochemical companies and export markets.

The pipeline starts in New Mexico near Carlsbad and will have throughput capacity of at least 350,000 barrels per day with multiple origin points in the Delaware and Midland Basins. Destinations will include the 100,000 barrels per day fractionator to be built by an affiliate of EPIC Y Grade Pipeline, LP near Corpus Christi with additional fractionators added as volumes require.

In addition to the fractionator, EPIC intends to build a purity pipeline system downstream of the fractionator, including an ethane system which in the first phase will span the upper Gulf Coast into the Markham area.

EPIC'S NGL Pipeline will run side-by-side for most of the route with the crude pipeline previously announced by EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline, LP.

This open season will begin Monday, February 19th at 8am and will end at 5pm on Friday March 2nd.
